Why I built this

I kept hearing the same story. HVAC tech finishes a job, drives home, types up the quote, sends it the next morning — and the customer already went with someone else.

Not because the other guy was cheaper. Because he sent something first.

The tools that exist for this are either a notepad and a prayer, or something like ServiceTitan that costs $400 a month and takes three weeks to set up. There was nothing in between for the solo tech or the two-man crew who just wants to send a professional quote and get back to work.

So I built QuoteBot. You describe what you found after the diagnostic — bad capacitor, low refrigerant, whatever it is — and it drafts the quote in under 30 seconds. Line items, labor, parts, tax. You edit anything you want, hit send, and the customer has a PDF before you pull out of their driveway.

I don't have a background in software. I just saw a real problem that wasn't being solved for the people who actually needed it, and figured out how to build something that works.
